On August 01 of 2013, we received deposit from our customer Mr.Bambang AS in Indonesia. They ordered a complete hard stone crushing and screening plant, including:

Their project is located in Bandung, which starts operation in 2014. It is to crush hard stone from 500mm into 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm. For the customer needs more sand 0-5mm, we equip a sand making machine(also called vertical shaft impact crusher) VSI1140 there to meet the demand at 120TPH. We loaded and shipped these goods in 2x40'FR+13x40'HQ totally.

For the stone on site is very hard, whose Mohs’ Hardness Scale is 6-7, in this plant, we use spring cone crusher as secondary and tertiary crusher.

Regarding cone crusher, we have spring type, single cylinder hydraulic type, multi-cylinder hydraulic type for choice. They have their own advantages as below:

 For spring cone crusher:

• Simple Structure: Spring cone crushers have a straightforward structure, making them easy to operate and maintain.

• Lower Cost: They tend to be more cost-effective initially compared to hydraulic cone crushers.

• Good for Medium-Hard Materials: Spring cone crushers are suitable for medium-hard to hard materials.
