On April 24 of 2021, we received deposit from our customer in Philippines. They ordered a complete river stone crushing and screening plant, including:

  • 1.Grizzly Vibrating Feeder: F5X1260H/1 set

  • 2.Primary Jaw Crusher: PEW860/1 set

  • 3.Secondary Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: HST250/H1/1 set

  • 4.Tertiary Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: HPT300/1 set

  • 5.Tertiary Symons Cone Crusher: CSB160/1 set

  • 6.Vibrating Screen: 4YZS2460/2 sets

  • 7.Vibrating Screen: 2YZS1860/1 set

  • 8.Screw Type Sand Washing Machine: XL915/1 set

  • 9.Belt Conveyors: 13sets

Their project is located in Tacloban. It is to crush river stone from 720mm into 0-3/8”, 3/8”-3/4”, 0-3/4”, 3/4”-1”, 1”-2”. The find sand 0-3/8” is washed by XL915 sand washing machine.

We loaded and shipped these goods in 2x40'FR+14x40'HQ totally.



River stone is very hard, whose Mohs’ Hardness Scale is 6-7. So in this plant, we use single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher as secondary crusher and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher as tertiary crusher, who has more advantages than others:

For single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher:

  • 1.Inter-particle crushing works between materials that increase the working life of mantle and bowl liner.

  • 2.Provide a more consistent gradation and superior cubic products. Better performance in the construction and sand making field.

  • 3.Real-time displays the specification of crushing, hydraulic and lubrication in operation

  • 4.It can realize unmanned operation by continuously measuring and automatic setting system.

  • 5.Dynamic adjustment of motor power and crusher pressure under working reduces the unnecessary losses made by human error and maximize energy into production.

  • 6.The CSS can be adjusted on load.

  • 7.The flexible gradation adjustment will save the production cost while increasing the benefits.

  • 8.Constant load setting: The CSS will be adjusted automatically according to the changes of the feeding size, moisture and hardness of the material and make sure the load of the crusher is constant.

  • 9.Constant CSS setting: Once the CSS is set, the output will be kept by continuously measuring and compensating for crusher liner wear.

  • 10.The mantle has basic angel between 53°-56°, which will reduce the influence of the capacity due to the moisture content.

  • 11.Design with deeper crushing cavity will optimize single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher with more crushing times and higher efficiency.

  • 12.Hydraulic system: The design pressure of the sealing elements is 20MPA, the maximum working pressure is 4MPA. Pressure margin produced by the higher pressure improves the reliability of operation.

  • 13.Imported air cooling system avoids the disadvantage of water cooling system, such as lack of water and leakage of water.

  • 14.Adoption of international first-class brand controller, such as Winner, Sun, Danfoss, MTS, etc.

For multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher:

1.Unique inter-particle crushing method

Inter-particle crushing works between materials that increases the working life of mantle and bowl liner;

Provide a more consistent gradation and superior cubic products. Better performance in the construction and sand making area.

2.Integration of the hydraulic station and lubrication system

Small footprint and easy maintenance;

Save 20% lubrication oil;

Germany AKG air cooling system avoids the disadvantage of water cooling system, such as lack of water and leakage of water;

Larger flow oil pump will guarantee the stability of oil flow;

Temperature sensors keep tracking of the return oil temperature, which will guarantee the stable performance.

3.Advanced hydraulic system

Larger diameter tubing and larger capacity hydraulic accumulator improve the stability and response sensitivity;

Hydraulic motor setting adjustment and lock cylinder make it easy to reset the CSS; The hydraulic tramp release cylinders make it easy to pass tramp iron and clean the cavity. Less downtime will cut the maintenance cost.

4.Optimized liner retention technology

The thicker liners increase reliability and service life;

Advanced liner retention technology greatly simplifies the liner change. Epoxy resin is not needed, which will cut the manpower and time cost.

5.Safe and reliable

  • Equipped with the Siemens PLC, touch screen, and intelligent control system, operation and data recording is more simple;

  • Larger bearing area, larger bearing capacity and longer service life;

  • The overall casting frame with box beam design characterized by larger strength;

  • The interior of the crusher is protected from dust by the adoption of multiple sealing protection, such as positive pressure dust prevention system, U-T seal and contact-type spherical floating seal.
