At the very beginning, DELY-DAD NIG LTD purchased 2sets small jaw crusher PE250x400, which is to produce stone base by manually feeding stone to these 2sets jaw crusher. One year later, they earned money and expanded the production line. On August 24 of 2010, they purchased bigger jaw crusher PE500x750 and PE400x600, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen and belt conveyors, which realize semi-automatic production.

Their project is located in Ibadan. The raw materials were excavated from the ground using a hook machine, and it is said that they can excavate to a depth of 7 meters. The granite 400mm is fed onto the feeder, then to jaw crusher and screen to make aggregates like 1/4”, 1/2”, 3/4” and 1”.

They are planing to expand again by using bigger jaw crusher and symons cone crusher when exchange rate between USD and Naira is changing better.

Symons cone crusher is suitable for crushing hard stone like granite, basalt, river stone,...Its life-span of spare parts is longer, crushing efficiency is higher, operation is stable and performance is better. So usually we use it as secondary crusher in the plant to process hard stone whose Mohs’ Hardness Scale is more than 5-6.

Regarding cone crusher, we have spring type, single cylinder hydraulic type, multi-cylinder hydraulic type for choice. They have their own advantages as below:

For spring cone crusher:

For multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher:
