On Jan 17 of 2021, Mr.Jacob M. Perello from Philippines placed an order of mobile crushing and screening plant KE500C55-4. He is an engineer MACTECH CONTRACTING AND ENGINEERING CO.

 In 2017, we met each other on a mining fair held in Manila. In 2018, Mr.Jacob visited our factory in Zhengzhou and talked with our engineers about their requirements. Our engineer recommended different equipment configuration and designed many flow charts for him. Finally Mr.Jacob chose our mini mobile plant, which consists of vibrating feeder GZD960X3800, jaw crusher PE500X750, spring cone crusher PYB900, vibrating screen 3YZS1237 and belt conveyors. All these equipments are mounted on one trailer. It can be easily moved from one place to another.

 For the influence of COVID-2019, their project is delayed again and again. Finally in 2021, Mr.Jacob arranged the advance payment to us. We shipped the main goods(33tons/170cubic meters) by bulk vessel and disassembled equipment into 2x40'HQ to Philippines.

 The working site of this mobile plant is changed according to their different projects approved for road construction. At the very beginning, their project is located in Davao, then move to Legaspi, Albay to process volcanic rock from 425mm into 3 final outputs: 5mm, 20mm, 25mm. The final output can be changed through changing different screen mesh as per the project needs. Now this mobile plant is in Dumaguete city. When the project is finished, they will go to Iligan and Iloilo on their project schedule.
