We loaded and shipped these goods in 1x20'OT+14x40'HQ from Qingdao to Dammam port.

Their project is located in Suman, which is to crush limestone from 500mm into 3mm, 3/16”, 3/8”, 3/4” at 100-150tons per hour for road and building construction. 

They used cone crusher as secondary one, impact crusher as tertiary one in the plant. Cone crusher is suitable to process both soft and hard stone. While there are more flaky pieces from it. So, we equip impact crusher behind it to shape the aggregates into cubic pieces.

When non crushing objects such as iron blocks enter the machine, the iron protection device will automatically release them and then reset them. The iron protection has a fixed return point for the discharge port, and the miscellaneous iron can quickly restore the original discharge port after passing through the crushing chamber; When the oil temperature is too high or the oil flow rate is too slow, the device will automatically shut down.

The impact crusher not only perform multi chamber crushing and improve equipment efficiency, but also specially treated parts such as plate hammers have good wear resistance and extremely low wear rate. Not only is the particle size fine, the particle type regular, there are few needle-shape materials, and the grading is very high.
