On March 04 of 2023, we received down payment from Ing.Uriel Reyes in Mexico. They ordered one complete TGM series super pressure trapezium mill TGM130. 

It is mainly used for grinding mineral products in such industries as metallurgical industry, building, chemical industry, mine, etc. The TGM series can be used for grinding all kinds of nonflammable and non-explosive minerals of which Mohs’ hardness and moisture content are lower than 9 and 6% respectively such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rear earth, marble, ceramics, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, phosphate ore, iron oxide red, zircon sand, mineral slag, grain slag, cement clinker, activated carbon, dolomite, granite, garnet, iron oxide yellow, bean cake, chemical fertilizer, compound fertilizer, fly ash, soft coal, charred coal, lignite, magnesite, chromium oxide green, gold ore, red mud, clay, kaolin, coke, coal gangue, china clay, kyanite, fluorspar, bentonite, maifanite, rhyolite, greenstone, pyrophyllite, purple sand, shale, basalt, gypsum, graphite, carborundum, heat insulating material, etc.

A set of Model TGM130 super pressure trapezium grinding mill consists of main frame, decelerator, powder separator, blower, jaw crusher, bucket-elevator, vibrating feeder, hopper, bag filter, pipe-devices, motor and electric control panel, etc.(details will be given in the installation diagram)

Its working principle is as below:

Firstly, raw material should be crushed by the jaw crusher to the size specified, then the crushed stuff is elevated into the hopper by the bucket elevator, through the vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for power-processing. After this, the ground stuff is carried by the air flow from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine power is blown into the cyclone collector and poured out through the output-powder valve as the final product and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

Because the stuff contain some moisture, and the heat generated during the grinding process makes the moisture evaporated, what’s more, the pipeline joints are not airtight and therefore the external air is sucked in, all these will increase air-current in circulation and disturb the circulation balance. The balance of the air current in circulation can be realized by adjusting the pipeline of extra air current between the blower and the grinder mainframe after that, the powder carried by the extra air current will be collected by the dust filter. At the same time, the air current will be charged into atmosphere after purification.


Their project is located in Sonora. It is to grind talc from 200mm into 200mesh at 6-7TPH with 90% pass-through(Different pass-through rate, different capacity). We loaded and shipped the goods into 2x40'HQ from Qingdao to Guaymas.
